Every journey starts with an optional metabolic blood panel (designed for us by the Mayo Clinic) and reviewed by our in-house physician Dr. Ali. A recommendation is then provided to your personal trainer and nutritionist (optional) so that a comprehensive plan can be developed to help you take off the weight and keep it off.  Forever.

Although this is an optional step, it's an important one. In your free consultation, we will deep dive into goals, lifestyle and your intended outcome. You will be offered two options - starting training right away or deep dive with a Mayo Clinic Metabolic panel.  Everyone holds weight for different reasons. We'd rather you start training with the answers to the test so that your probability (and speed) of success is optimal. Equally important to weight loss is sustainability.  How do you take it off and keep it off? Before taking your first bite or doing your first rep, let's make sure that every little thing you do contributes to the big picture.
